Heidelberg XL105 & Gaobao 105
Our pressroom is equipped with two high-performance offset printing presses — a Heidelberg XL105 and a Gaobao 105 — both renowned for exceptional color reproduction, registration accuracy, and high-speed output. The Heidelberg XL105 delivers industry-leading print quality with consistent dot gain and minimal setup waste, while the Gaobao 105 offers reliable performance for high-volume production schedules.
2 Laminators + 2 Die-Cutters
Two fully automatic laminating machines apply glossy or matte film finishes to enhance surface durability, scratch resistance, and visual appeal. Two fully automatic die-cutting machines ensure precise, burr-free cutting of complex box shapes, windows, and structural components with high repeatability across large production runs while minimizing material waste.
2 Stampers + 1 Embosser
Two fully automatic hot stamping machines deliver crisp, high-adhesion metallic foil effects — including gold, silver, rose gold, and custom colors — on logos, brand names, and decorative patterns. An embossing machine produces raised or recessed three-dimensional textures, adding a tactile dimension that allows brand identities to be felt as well as seen.
2 High-Speed Folder-Gluers
Two fully automatic high-speed folder-gluers handle a wide range of box styles — including straight-line boxes, lock-bottom boxes, four-corner boxes, and custom folded structures. These machines ensure consistent glue application, stable folding precision, and smooth finished edges, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing manual labor costs.
Inspection + Cutters + Coding
A fully automatic quality inspection machine conducts real-time defect detection — identifying color deviation, surface scratches, adhesive residue, warping, and structural misalignment before finished products leave our facility. Two precision paper cutters ensure accurate sheet sizing, and a coding machine handles variable data printing such as batch numbers, expiration dates, QR codes, and serialized barcodes.
End-to-End In-House Manufacturing
From prepress, printing, laminating, die-cutting, hot stamping, embossing, folding, gluing, and quality inspection — all processes are managed entirely in-house.
