TAI HAO focuses on the research and production of Silver Cardboard Boxes. With the meticulous manufacturing quality of Chinese products, mature production lines and core technologies, it creates high-quality silver card boxes.
Silver Cardboard Boxes are paper cartons crafted from silver cardstock. Silver cardstock is produced by laminating a layer of silver aluminum film onto the surface of white cardstock or coated paper, thereby creating a strong metallic luster. Classified as high-end, "light luxury" packaging, these boxes utilize silver cardstock—with its inherent metallic sheen—as their base material. The aluminized silver surface boasts a striking texture and sophisticated reflectivity, conveying an innate sense of prestige. Furthermore, they offer excellent light-blocking and barrier properties; when combined with various specialized finishing techniques, they serve to further accentuate a brand's distinct style, making them a primary choice for the high-end gift and premium packaging markets.
Material: Commonly available in weights ranging from 300g to 425g, with high stiffness and good toughness.
Appearance: Comes with a silver metallic luster, highly luxurious and with strong reflectivity.
Printing: Non-absorbent surface, ink is easy to show color, often used for reverse UV, matte, and embossing.
Performance: Water-resistant, wear-resistant, stain-resistant, and can be without a protective film.
Cost: Higher than white card boxes (more complex materials and processes).
High-end cosmetics, perfumes, jewelry, tobacco and alcohol, tea, health supplements, gift boxes.
The aluminum silver layer has extremely strong light-blocking properties and good barrier performance, effectively blocking light and oxygen.
It is more suitable for foods that are sensitive to light and prone to oxidation, such as tea, health supplements, nuts, and high-end preserved fruits, providing better preservation effects.
In our factory, such industry pain points as the fading and silver loss, as well as edge peeling of silver card boxes, do not exist. We rely on experienced and senior machine operators to finely adjust the equipment, and combine it with a new intelligent box-filling machine for precise operation.
Because the aluminized layer or ink layer on the surface of the silver card paper has weak adhesion, during the box-filling process, the glue, pressure, friction, and high temperature will cause the surface to be "stuck off, wiped off". The machine operator carefully controls the depth of edge grinding, the pressure of the pressing wheel, and the running speed. They also select silver card-specific adhesive. The new box-filling machine has high precision, stable positioning, and gentle conveying. From the process operation to the equipment performance, it effectively eliminates problems such as fading of the box-filling, silver loss at the edge, and surface scratches. The machine operator first tries to fill and fold and pull the first piece, checking the adhesive, edge, and surface for no silver loss, no whitening, and no scratches. Then, it proceeds with mass production. During the process, samples are continuously inspected, and cooperation with quality inspectors for inspection and packaging ensures complete quality assurance.
Silver Cardboard Boxes, with its unique metallic silver texture, outstanding visual impact, and excellent oxygen isolation and light-blocking preservation effects, perfectly suits scenarios such as high-end gift giving, nourishing tea drinks, and light luxury gift boxes. Although the customization cost is slightly higher, it can significantly enhance the product's brand value and the grade of the gift box. It is the preferred material for high-end luxury packaging.
In addition, we also offer various types of packaging boxes for supply, supporting on-demand customization. The prices are favorable. We welcome sample sending for customization and pattern collaboration.
