Currently, our factory is equipped with three fully automated, dedicated packaging production lines. Our facility currently employs a staff of 50 to 100 people, including dedicated structural engineers, an international trade service team, quality control personnel, and senior production technicians.
We fully support comprehensive OEM customization services and can also provide ODM design solutions upon request. We offer personalized, one-on-one customization tailored to each client's specific product dimensions, aesthetic design, logo printing requirements, surface finishes, and internal lining structures.
We offer sample services to prospective clients worldwide. Standard, existing finished samples are provided completely free of charge; clients are only required to cover the associated international shipping costs. If a sample needs to be produced based on a client's exclusive design drawings (requiring new tooling/molds), we charge only a basic sampling fee. Furthermore, this fee can be fully deducted from the total cost once the client places a formal, bulk production order.
Once the client has approved the sample, finalized the design plan, and completed the payment, our standard production lead time for custom orders is 7 to 15 business days. The overall delivery time is primarily determined by the complexity of the product's manufacturing processes, the order quantity, and the shipping method selected for the destination country.
The minimum order quantity for our factory's products starts at one million units, making them ideal for cross-border wholesalers, brand distributors, large-scale Amazon sellers, and brick-and-mortar brands seeking long-term bulk procurement.
