TAI HAO’s success in the realm of Kraft Cardboard Boxes is evident not only in our production volume but, more importantly, in our profound understanding of the nuanced requirements of the Japanese, Korean, and Southeast Asian markets. From high-precision die-cutting to multi-color water-based printing, every stage of the manufacturing process is executed entirely in-house. Concurrently, Black and White Corrugated Boxes stand as one of our factory’s flagship export products for the Japanese and Korean markets.
Our factory’s customization capabilities span the entire spectrum, ranging from structural design to surface finishing.
In terms of materials, our Kraft cardboard boxes offer a choice of three primary linerboard categories—natural brown, bleached white, and coated—with basis weights ranging from 120g to 400g. Furthermore, clients may select from a wide array of corrugated flute profiles, ranging from E-flute (lightweight/thin) to AA double-wall (heavy-duty).
Regarding manufacturing processes, our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including flatbed die-cutters (offering a precision tolerance of ±0.5mm), rotary die-cutters (ideal for high-volume production), fully automated box gluers, and box stitchers.
Our specialized finishing techniques include anti-slip treatments (involving the application of adhesive strips to the box base), water-resistant gloss varnishes, anti-static coatings (specifically designed for electronic components), and concealed anti-theft tear strips.
For dimensional customization, our engineering department utilizes CAD software to simulate the optimal box structure based on the client's product dimensions (length, width, and height) and stacking requirements. This approach typically enables us to reduce packaging volume by 5%–10%, thereby significantly lowering international shipping costs.
Since every step—from printing to final packing and shipping—is completed entirely within our own facility, we are able to offer a unique "dual-sample" service for both Kraft Cardboard Boxes and Black and White Corrugated Boxes. Clients simply need to send us their product samples; we will then provide two distinct packaging proposals—one utilizing Kraft cardboard and the other utilizing black-and-white corrugated board—allowing them to directly compare the respective costs and visual aesthetics.
Leveraging our comprehensive in-house production capabilities and extensive experience in customization, our factory delivers highly cost-effective Kraft Cardboard Boxes to e-commerce clients worldwide.
