PVC window: Positioned centrally and slightly above, just revealing the binding rope area of the Zongzi . Our factory adopts ultrasonic welding technology, with a welding strength 40% higher than glue bonding, and no chemical odor.
Gold stamping process: The four large characters "Duanwu Ankang" on the box surface are made with three-dimensional gold stamping. The depth of the stamping plate is 0.4mm， and the text is raised 0.2mm after stamping, with a distinct relief feeling when touched by fingertips. Small areas of auspicious clouds are made with cold stamping technology, which is more cost-effective and suitable for fine lines.
Silk matte film coating: The coating temperature is controlled at 85-95℃, giving a more textured appearance. The coated box surface can withstand daily scratches, be moisture-proof, and increase the lifespan of the packaging box by several times.
Packaging and transportation: The outer box is printed with the turnover box logo. It supports shipping from various ports and the delivery period is 25 days.
Customization capability： Hand-drawn patterns can be replaced with customer IP images or local festival elements (such as Christmas changed to reindeer and snowflakes). The dark green color can be adjusted to any dark color in the Pantone color system (it is recommended to retain at least 30% of the dark tone to maintain the texture). The roof angle can be adjusted from 95 degrees to 110 degrees， suitable for different content heights.
